OYSTER TEMPLE
Indoors, in the main FOOD HALL YOU’LL FIND mpire’s OYSTER TEMPLE which will feature up to 15 varieties of oysters from both near and far. This IS AN ELITE RAW BAR with fast casual service style. Guests ENJOY OYSTERS AT SEATS OUT IN OUR 2500 sf OYSTER GARDEN under the live oak trees OR AT SEATS AT ONE OF 3 BARS. Finally, a premier dining experience in a casual atmosphere.
RAW LAB
Off the HUGE OYSTER GARDEN in a SEMI-PRIVATE DINING SPACE, we OFFER the world’s only OMAKASE RAW BAR EXPERIENCE. This is a kind of vanguard test kitchen & chefs table called RAW LAB. Guests dine Omakase Style with reservations or A LA CARTE as a walk-in. The space will also be offered as a private dining & party room. The luxury wine, sake, cider, beer & spirits program in RAW LAB is ultra-premium, but limited such that it will not be another “hipster mixology” experience.
