RAW BOAT

RAW BOAT is Empire Oyster’s mobile raw bar service station. The first unit was completed and ready for service in Mid October 2020. She was a restoration project. RAW BOAT II is now in service. She was purchased in support of Low Country Maritime School and may be the first of many.

When presented in front of our SHUCK TRUCK (which features two taps) its simply amazing. We use her to serve up oysters, clams, shrimp, crab, lobster and more. YETI 45 TANKS keep beer, wine, ciders and seltzers cold and a YETI HAUL OUT BUCKET serves to collect spent shells for oyster reef restoration projects. Soon we will be adding some additional features like lighting and a branded canopy for shade and shelter.
