“Looking forward to getting back to delivering 5 D DINING. We did that VERY WELL at RAW LAB. It’ll be interesting to see how I do that in private dining rooms that I didnt design. The bones of the two concepts are the same. Different skin. Example: when the you design service so that everyone is eating the exact same thing at the exact same moment….you can put a soundtrack to the preparation, presentation, pairing and consumption. And that’s another dimension you are NOT getting in a restaurant sitting at a table. There, for the most part, you have 3 dimensions: Food. Service. Atmosphere. We achieve at least 5."
