I’ve held all NYE seats aside for you and Im crafting an evening that is one for ages. The reason we are packaging NYE 2025 @ RAW LAB as follows is to launch the Friends & Family part of the Crowdfunding for our impending global expansion.

Personally I would LOVE to fill this room with SUPER FANS ONLY because it will be EPIC to assemble that crew and I personally want to celebrate this occasion with YOU! I hope you know how much I really mean that.

Also, this is a way to move forward into the beautiful future we are planning! Equity in our new venture, EMPIRE WORLDWIDE, Inc, a Delaware S Corp, will be delivered to those who purchase seats for NYE 2026 The new entity has been formed and will be the holding company for all existing IP, assets and brands created by Kevin Joseph and Empire Oyster, LLC etc all. At an absurdly conservative valuation ( based on current operations and cash flow) the company is worth a minimum of $1,000,000.

The new venture will scale RAW LAB & LTLE FISH (and more) in the hospitality space. More importantly it will leverage hospitality success to develop several other business verticals, globally, including aquaculture, media and consumer packaged goods. To these ends I believe we will have a 7 figure valuation by 2034. Ill be revealing the core team soon. I cannot wait. We’ll have a BALL talking about it all on NYE!

All 5 Species of Oysters will be featured in a new and extraordinary way.

CAVIAR UPGRADE

In addition to the two bumps we generally offer, we’ll be doing a 5 bump flight featuring some of the finest caviar we can get our hands on. We’ll start with our current caviar and upgrade, dramatically, from there.

CHAMPAGNE UPGRADE

We will be serving at least 3 bottles of an extraordinary high quality product. It will be vintage and of supreme quality. Perhaps a Magnum for the turn of the New Year. Likley, we’ll save the best for midnight!

SEATS

$5,000 per seat, minimum. Higher payments will “win” seats.

EQUITY INVESTMENT

Each $5000 received will be rewarded with .05% of equity in Empire Worldwide, Inc.

WINNING A SEAT

The highest bidders for investment will win the seats. We will communicate with those who reach out to us with a bid to let them know if they’ve won on Dec 20, 2025.
