Kevin Joseph here. I’m the creator & owner of Raw Lab in Charleston, SC. I invite you to take a close look at this incredible opportunity for NYE 2025…and BEYOND! I’ve held all NYE seats aside for you and Im crafting an evening that is one for ages. The reason we are packaging NYE 2025 @ RAW LAB as follows is to launch the Friends & Family part of the Crowdfunding for our impending global expansion.

Personally I would LOVE to fill this room with SUPER FANS ONLY because it will be EPIC to assemble that crew and I personally want to celebrate this occasion with YOU! I hope you know how much I really mean that.

Also, this is a way to move forward into the beautiful future we are planning! Equity in our new venture, EMPIRE WORLDWIDE, Inc, a Delaware C Corp, will be delivered to those who purchase seats for NYE 2025. The new entity has been formed and will be the holding company for all existing IP, assets and brands created by Kevin Joseph and Empire Oyster, LLC etc all. At an absurdly conservative valuation ( based on current operations and cash flow) the company is worth a minimum of $1,000,000. After our acquisition of the building in Laguna Beach for $2,500,000 we will have a valuation of $3,500,000. After the improvements made to that property and operations are established…$5,000,000.

The new venture will scale RAW LAB & LTLE FISH (and more) in the hospitality space. More importantly it will leverage hospitality success to develop several other business verticals, globally, including aquaculture, media and consumer packaged goods. To these ends I believe we will have a 7 figure valuation by 2034. Ill be revealing the core team soon. I cannot wait. We’ll have a BALL talking about it all on NYE!

PS: Funding of any kind for Laguna is welcome. I’m personally invested into the next step with $60,000 in 2024. Beyond that I have invested the past 15 years into developing the brands, experiences, expertise, positioning and good will that is fairly singular and the core of the new venture. Real skin in the game for me, for sure.

OYSTER UPGRADE

All 5 Species of Oysters will be featured in a new and extraordinary way.

CAVIAR UPGRADE

In addition to the two bumps we generally offer, we’ll be doing a 5 bump flight featuring some of the finest caviar we can get our hands on. We’ll start with our current caviar and upgrade, dramatically, from there.

CHAMPAGNE UPGRADE

We will be serving at least 3 bottles of an extraordinary high quality product. It will be vintage and of supreme quality. Perhaps a Magnum for the turn of the New Year.

UNI BOMBS

We will be doing something extraordinary with Uni as an additional course.

SCALLOP CRUDO

This dish is simply spectacular but too difficult to incorporate into our regular service. We’ll add it for NYE.

AFTER PARTY

Nobody has to leave until they want to. Musical requests will be taken an executed after midnight. Each guest will be able to play a at least song of their choosing. We will get down!

PHOTOGRAPHY

We’ll be shooting photo and video of the evening and sharing it with everyone.

NYE 2025 NUMBERS

SEATS

$250 per person.

INVESTMENT

This is variable. Each guest has an opportunity to pledge an investment amount. Only guests who purchase seats for NYE will be able to invest at the valuation below. EXAMPLE: If a $1,000 investment is pledged for the new entity, EMPIRE WORLDWIDE, Inc., and this is a pledge that earns a seat, a percentage of the new entity will be awarded to that investor. The investment amount will be agreed up separately from payment for dinner and paid separately.

WINNING A SEAT

The highest bidders for investment will win the seats. We will communicate with those who reach out to us with a bid to let them know if they’ve won on Dec 30, 2024.

VALUATION

We are using a $1,000,000 valuation for the new venture in this introductory crowdfunding effort. Therefore 001% is will be awarded with an investment of $1,000. At a valuation of $5,000,000 the value of the .01% investment is $5,000, a 5 x ROI.
