GO PREMIUM: We cannot approve any feature, service or package that uses Chinese caviar. We are only interested in showcasing product from sustainable, responsible and reputable producers. There is no “cheap” option here. That is why this is an UPSELL of a PREMIUM OFFERING, not a discount program.

CAVIAR & WINE PAIRING PACKAGES
This is what we’d love to see everyone do. Work with your wine reps to get a rare bottle of something that pairs perfectly with caviar. Price it at a premium. Or, price it well beyond that and identify a percentage of the sale as a donation for charity. EXAMPLE: $10,000 500g Beluga Caviar & Magnum of DP Vintage Brut with $5,000 going to a local charity of the guests choosing?
