LTLE FISH TURNS ONE
This post is intended to bring you up to speed on what LTLE FISH has evolved into, how we intend to use it and how we can all benefit from it’s operations. So, it should help you to understand who and what its a good fit for.
THE BASICS
BRING THE KIDS: Especially from 5-7pm. It is super kid friendly and a great way to introduce the little ones to oysters, caviar and more. Guests have done this quite a bit. Always a hit.
MEET CHEF SANDY OCHOA: She’s on the helm now and running a tight ship. She’ll have a special dish and/or dolce every week too.
OPERATING ON THURSDAYS ONLY: Through December (minus August), from 5-9pm. Reservations are not required but you can make them on RESY. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated on a first come, first served basis.
STILL HOLDING 4.9 STARS ON RESY: After one year, you can bet that it’s the truth as ONLY those who have been can post a review.
SIMILARITIES & DIFFERENCES WITH RAW LAB: Same room, seats & bar. Much more affordable and flexible and appropriate for those which a tight time window, kids they want to bring in or the desire to maintain more private conversations that RAW LAB allows for. Like RAW LAB, LTLE FISH is a “Salon”, in the Age of Enlightenment & Renaissance meaning of that term. Learn more about what that is HERE
LTLE FISH was born to be a more affordable and flexible way to enjoy the same room / seats / bar as RAW LAB. It was created to better utilize the space on nights when, in Charleston, it’s harder to fill a room for a 4 hour, $300 Omakase / Raw Bar experience. Moreover, its a space that lends itself to one of our goals: Global Expansion. Creator / Owner Kevin Joseph will always be there to engage in deeper conversations on various relevant topics with guests who are interested in being a part of how this all grows and prospers.

In many ways, we “Crowd-Sourced” RAW LAB. Immediate feedback, in real time, from our guests guided how we polished the offering. We found that to be a great way to find the truth, and then align ourselves with it.
LOCATION
LTLE FISH can be hard to find. There’s no signage. It’s like a SHUCK-EASY, tucked into what was a Merchandise Room for BUBBA GUMP Shrimp Company, which closed years ago.
It’s part of the charm. Unless you get lost. So to help We are located between Church and Meeting Streets on S. Market. Just to the East of the Five & Dime, off the Courtyard of PORT OF CALL. Photos below will help you navigate as will this link to the exact spot:
